Store your hair oil in a cool, dry place that's out of direct sunlight, like in a cabinet, drawer, or storage box in your bedroom.

Keep your candle out of reach of children and pets and always on a safe, flat, heat resistant surface.

When first lighting your new candle, allow it to burn until the surface wax has melted all the way to the edge of the jar. This will allow for an even burn each time and avoids unwanted ‘tunnelling’.

Trim wick to 5mm before each use by gently breaking off excess burnt wick.

It is recommended not to burn your candle for longer than 4-5 hours at a time.

For safety purposes, discontinue use of candle when 1cm of wax remains.

Using Our Versatile Hair Oil is simple and involves just three easy steps. Apply + Wait + Wash

Start by Applying oil to your scalp, lengths of hair, tips or beard and massage gently with fingertips. Tie your hair in a protective hair style after.

Leave in for a minimum of 30 minutes before washing out with shampoo to clean your scalp and conditioner for your ends.

May also be used as an over night leave in treatment as long as you wash your hair the next day!

For best results, apply 3 times a week, morning or night, depending on your hair wash schedule and personal preference!

Based on a consistent period of usage (at least 3 times a week), Our Versatile Hair and Beard Oil was designed to help you take care of your hair and achieve your desired hair goals. As everyone is different, as with any beauty product, we do not guarantee results. However, we always look forward to receiving feedback about your personal experience using our Oil.

Each Ingredient was well researched and chosen for specific hair problems. Our Oil works by improving blood flow to your scalp and hair follicles. The blood vessels attached to the derma papillae – or the “hair root” – carry nutrients and oxygen to the hair, supporting its growth and health.

Yes. The oil is a Unisex formula focusing on both men and women. Due to higher androgens in males,the oilworks faster on women, so men will need to have more patience to see results. 

The predominant smell is Natural Vanilla Aroma mixed with Lavender essential oil and Ylang Ylang Essential Oil.

The 35ml bottle lasts approximately 3 months, depending on usage.The date of manufacture is located on the base of your bottle.The oil is safe to use within 12 months (1 year) of manufacturing.

We do not recommend using Our Versatile hair and Beard Oil on your lashes and brows. This is because our oil has not been designed with brows and lashes in mind and these areas can be more sensitive than others! 

As the formula contains nut-derived oils such as Sweet Almond Oil, Argan Oil and Marula Seed Oil , we do not advise those with nut allergies/sensitivity to use it.

Our Versatile Hair and Beard Oil has not been shown to have any effect on coloured hair, however we recommend speaking to your colourist before purchasing if you are concerned.

We are firmly against animal testing of any kind.

Yes, Our Versatile Hair and Beard Oil is vegan-friendly.

We recommend asking your GP, discussing the ingredients and any allergies you have before using and ensure you patch test for 24 hours behind the ear.

Yes, our oil can be used on all ages and all hair types. However, we do recommend patch testing 24 hours behind the ear beforehand and user discretion is always advised.

We have customers with a variety of medical conditions, including PCOS, thyroid, androgenic alopecia, recovery from chemotherapy amongst others. However, we always advise to seek advice of medical practitioner / GP prior to use if you have a medical condition.

Linalool is naturally occurring due to the essential oils used in the product (which are below the legal limit of 1%). It is not guaranteed that they are found in the formula but is a possibility.

No. We recommend you apply it on unwashed, dry hair and then follow up with you usual shampoo & conditioning routine.

Yes. We strongly suggest to apply on unwashed hair, to save you from washing your hair twice and therefore over-drying it. Once 30 minutes elapsed, follow with your usual shampoo and conditioner routine.

The body of the bottle is made from recyclable glass and the pump is made from plastic.

Arshi is a small business that has the capacity to only Australia at the moment. We will definitely consider shipping globally in the future.
